At half time there wasn’t too much threat that the final outcome would be what we ended up witnessing but the loss that Rochdale suffered to Rafferty, sent off in the second half for a second bookable offence, made a difference.

Scowen (67) opened the scoring as he headed home at the midway point of the second half with it Scowen (76) again who headed home the second.

With six-minutes remaining Holgate (84) made it three with Hourihane (90) capping an impressive first season with us with the fourth as we headed towards full time.

The scoring was wrapped up when the fifth came in injury-time as Winnall (90+3) headed home to complete a five-goal blitz in 20-odd minutes!
