Bristol City are likely to add the League 1 title to the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy win over Walsall last Sunday, we’ll be looking to put their next party on hold as Barnsley need to win to boost our play-off hopes.

Defeat isn’t really an option, and a win needed really, as Lee Johnson looks to maintain his unbeaten record against a former club where he was previously a ‘fans’ favourite’ at Ashton Gate.

Bristol City have ‘no fresh injury worries’ and it’s thought that Steve Cotterill could name the side that won at Wembley, but he does have options to come as our hosts look to maintain, or build on, the 10-point lead they have.

Joe Wildsmith came in on loan from Sheffield Wednesday (Click Here) on transfer deadline day; the ‘keeper will be in the squad and could in fact make his debut as Adam Davies (abdominal injury) out.

Peter Ramage (thigh) could come back in (Click Here) after coming through a reserve outing in the week but Ben Pearson (illness) and Josh Scowen (hamstring) aren’t fit enough to return yet.

Blackburn recalled John O’Sullivan last weekend but Dale Jennings and Kane Hemmings could come into Johnson’s thoughts.

As I’ve said we can’t afford to lose, a draw wouldn’t be too bad but would it be enough at this stage if we really want to make the play-offs?
