Barnsley centre forward Liam Dickinson has moved to Rochdale on loan until the end of the season.

The 25 year old joined Barnsley in the summer of 2010 from Brighton & Hove Albion, but has gone on to make just 3 first team appearances for the Reds in the league this campaign, all as a substitute.

His only other appearance was a start against Dale at Oakwell in the League Cup First Round, which Dale won 1-0.

Dickinson also played 7 games for Walsall in a loan spell there in November 2010.
