Barnsley may have only made one signing on deadline but we can expect more activity both in and out during the loan window.

Barnsley are awaiting the decisions of Premier League clubs before renewing interest in taking either Billy Sharp or Matty Fryatt on loan.

The reds but love either as they are both proven goals scorers but there are many obstacles in their way such as other clubs and wages.

The reds have not ruled out going back in for Leeds left back Aidan White but Leeds are reluctant to let him go and Flitcroft is said to be happy with his options at left back and left wing back.

The squad is now looking big in terms of numbers and players are expected to go out on loan when everyone is fit.

Two that are rumoured to be possibly spending a month away from Oakwell are McNulty and Hassell once Cranie and Nyatanga are back to full fitness.

Others are also likely with Flitcroft wanting Cofie and Rose to play first team games.
