Barnsley manager David Flitcroft has revealed he failed to sign Newcastle player Shane Ferguson in a bid to solve the left wing back slot.
Ferguson, who has represented Newcastle 23 times, chose to join Birmingham instead of the reds.
I wonder who the other 14 players were that turned down the chance to join the reds revolution.
