Is a late surge into the league 1 play-offs still on for Barnsley? Well if we can keep winning at home and get points away you couldn’t write it off after Tuesday nights fourth successive win at Oakwell….

A solitary goal was enough to separate Oldham, and ourselves who missed the chance to move back into the top six, with us winning one-nil.

Oldham started well, and caused some problems but Hemmings (12) made the breakthrough when he volleyed home a Lalkovic cross early on.

The visitors almost forced an equaliser, while we had a penalty appeal turned down but bit made no difference as a one-nil win was enough to move us to four-points of the top six now!

Attention now turns to the MotM for us from this game, and who you think this was?

Select the name that you want from the list in the poll to your right, but why not also share your thoughts with us on your thinking for that, and this game itself, with some views below….
