Reuben Noble-Lazarus has joined Scunthorpe on loan until 1st January.

Unlike the majority of reds fans I think that this is a good move for him to get some regular first team football and then return to challenge for a place in the Barnsley team.

Most fans however feel that he has been treated badly by the management and should slap a transfer request in.

I personally can`t see their logic with this. Yes he has been in and out of the team but with Flicker abandoning the wing-back system then where would you play him?

He`s not really pulled any trees up when selected in other positions and I think this could just be what he needs to improve him as a player.

Remember he`s still young and it`s not Flitcroft`s fault that Simon Davey did his best to ruin him by selecting him long before he was ever ready.

Make no mistake, being selected at 15 has had a negative impact on his career and in my opinion a loan move could do wonders for his confidence.
