Pre-season Begins

Preparations for a fourth successive season in the Championship begin for Barnsley this morning and manager Simon Davey has almost a full squad out on the training field.

Only Michael Coulson who is still suffering the effects of a second knee injury won’t be joining in full training.

Iain Hume however, will be in full training and hoping for a place in the 18 man squad that faces Sheffield Wednesday in 38 days time.
