Collins 7

Sollbauer 9

Helik 7

Andersen 6

Brittain 7

Styles 7

Palmer 6

Mowatt 7

Frieser 6

Woodrow 8

Morris 8

Dike 8

Sollbauer gets my man of the match. He was excellent throughout and made some important last ditch challenges. His best performance of the season.

Special mentions to Dike, Morris and Woodrow who I felt worked well and improved the entire teams performance when all three were on the pitch together. Should Ismael look to start all three going forward instead of having one of them on the bench for that impact?

Dike scored yet again, Woodrow worked his socks off and was always involved. Morris looks to have the all round game you want from a striker.

I still felt that I couldn’t give Palmer more than a 6 but I do think he had his best game for a while and for the most part did well. There was the odd poor decision in there such as trying that long ball over the top for Morris on the left when Styles was square in acres of the space. An easier ball that could have got us in just as good a position as the pass he chose to make had he executed it perfectly. Another was the ball inside the defender for Helik to run on to. Had that been Brittain running on to it, it would have probably been the right pass to make. As it was Helik he should have gone outside the defender and that would have given us a better opening. There were a couple of other passes very similar but those two stood out the most. He is a young lad and he will learn and improve his decision making. He certainly has all the tools needed to be a top class midfielder.
