With just four days to go before the biggest match at Oakwell since Chelsea visited in March 2008, Mark Robins is only thinking about his next opponents, Bristol City.

Manchester United are in tarn on Tuesday to face giant killers Barnsley in the League Cup Fourth Round but Robins insists that his squad is focussed solely on the visit of Gary Johnson`s Bristol City on Saturday.

Speaking to the club`s official website, Robins said: Nobody here is thinking about the Manchester United game. That is an extra one next week?” Robins has been at the helm now for nine matches and has managed to steer the Reds out of the relegation zone and guide them to victory oevr Premier League Burnley in the League Cup Third Round. Barnsley were bottom of the league when Simon Davey was sacked.

Robins continued: “Saturday is more important for us because it is the next game. There is no point thinking about anything else.” This is a sentiment that would certainly be echoed by the hardcore of supporters who turn up week in week out, whereas the tag alongs who will pack Oakwell to the rafters on Tuesday probably don`t even know who Barnsley are playing this weekend. Thanks for your money anyway. Enjoy the game.
