Rumours coming from Oakwell is that Barnsley have given a two week trial to former midfielder Anderson De Silva.
De Silva`s previous spell at Barnsley came to an end when he was released by former boss Mark Robins due to an attitude and effort problem.
De Silva clearly had talent but his impact in games was dependent on whether or not he could be bothered on a game by game basis.
I`m not sure if there`s any truth in the stories I am hearing but if there is Keith Hill will have to get more out of him than previous manager as we won`t be able to afford any passengers in the battle we will face this season.
He could bring added creativity to a midfield of predominantly workman like players but I don`t think anything will come of it.

Hoskins and Harley more likely from what I hear.
Would be a mistake for Stones to go to Chelsea, Celtic or West Ham but if any of them come in for him the club will sell.
