Barnsley’s League 1 season continues against Fleetwood at Oakwell on Saturday; with this a traditional 3pm kick-off.

A four-match losing run is something Barnsley are desperate to end, and need to end, or it’s possible the Reds could be in the bottom four if defeat is suffered against Fleetwood, who currently occupy one of those places!

Lee Johnson will be without Ben Pearson (suspension) after his midweek booking took him to five for the season. Conor Hourihane (hamstring), Marley Watkins (ankle) and Adam Davies (groin) all sit out too.

Ryan Williams (groin) isn’t fit enough to come in yet with teenager Louis Wardell possibly being called into the squad.

Fleetwood can call on Richard Wood, unless a loan is extended, for the last time. Victor Nirennold could return but captain Nathan Pond (ankle) is out with a long-term injury.

The Reds will hope for a positive result, but will this happen?

Whatever the line up expectancy will be high and ahead of the game we’re looking for your views on what way you think it will go, which obviously requires you to vote in the latest poll one of three ways….

Barnsley win
Fleetwood win

Not only do we want you to cast your vote, which you do to your right, we’re also looking for your thoughts and views too so do share some of those with your comments below.
