Barnsley’s League 1 season continues against Rochdale at Oakwell on Saturday; with this a 3pm kick-off.

Survival isn’t, at least wasn’t, the sole intention for Barnsley this season but it is what it is with the Reds looking to move a step closer to this when Rochdale visit tomorrow.

Lee Johnson isn’t likely to change the squad that saw off Rochdale three-nil a week ago without any new injury or suspension concerns why should he! Kevin Long has had his loan from Burnley extended to feature with Marley Watkins set to compete with Man United loanee Ashley Fletcher to partner Sam Winnall. Josh Scowen and Lewin Nyatanga sit out though once more.

Rochdale could give a debut to David Syers who has signed until the end of the season following after his Scunthorpe release. Jamie Allen (dead leg), Joe Rafferty (stomach) and Callum Camps (illness) return but Ashley Eastham (calf) sits out again.

Another positive result will be the Barnsley aim but will this happen?

Whatever the line up expectancy will be high and ahead of the game we’re looking for your views on what way you think it will go, which obviously requires you to vote in the latest poll one of three ways….

Barnsley win
Rochdale win

Not only do we want you to cast your vote, which you do to your right, we’re also looking for your thoughts and views too so do share some of those with your comments below.
