Barnsley have this morning confirmed that young striker Harry White has now left Oakwell for the last time and signed for National League side Solihull Moors FC.

The 21 year old joined the club back in September 2015 from Gloucester City having impressed, and he did debut and make a second appearance for the club – both appearances came in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy, in victories over Bradford and York.

Whilst with us, he also spent time out on loan with Kidderminster Harriers and Boreham Wood.

Both clubs agreed an undisclosed fee for him, and with him still making his way in the game and developing, it’s probably sensible on all counts following promotion into the Championship as his chances would no doubt have been limited, but he should get good game time, kick on and impress with Solihull moving forward.
