Another day and two move loanees return to their parent clubs.

Striker Conor Wilkinson has now headed back to Bolton Wanderers following the expiry of his loan deal with us.

Having joined back in July on a half season deal, the player made 12 appearances for the side, scoring once.

Manchester United midfielder Ben Pearson has also now returned, with the 21 year old scoring twice in 29 appearances for us.

With a number out now, there are body spaces to fill with recent decisions and returns and manager Lee Johnson’s January budget will look a bit healthier with players off the wage bill so hopefully they’ll be some incomings shortly.
