After, well, a while, Vital Barnsley has ended the latest poll that asked Tykes fans whether or not they’d like to see Mark Robins try and bring back Carl Dickinson next season.
The result is a resounding ‘Yes!’ with Carl pulling in 77% of the votes to come back for another spell at Oakwell.
The 23-year-old left back was a small sensation at Barnsley last season after joining on loan in September 2009 almost as soon as Robins took over as manager.
He spent a short time out at the end of the campaign, losing his place through injurt to the up and coming Luke Potter but the consensus seems to be that Reds fans want him back in a Barnsley shirt next campaign.
