Barnsley boss David Flitcroft believes that Matty Done had to move away from Oakwell for the rest of this season in a bid to rediscover his best form.
Done has been poor this season and Flicker has attributed the wingers problems to injuries, a move to Crystal Palace falling through and the poor results of the team.
Flicker sees his problems has being more mental than an ability problem and that they wouldn`t have improved if he had stayed at Barnsley.
Flicker believes a fresh challenge at Hibs will do him the world of good and next season he will return to Oakwell a completely different player able to challenge for a first team starting spot.

Hope he doesn’t come back he really is useless.
I’m getting hammer on the other stories but no one disagrees with that comment.
got to say Tony i agree that Done hasnt been good enough this season, lets hope after some first team football he will rediscover some confidence and form and come back a different player
I like your optimism but the reason he hasn’t been good enough is because he is rubbish so theres no chance of him coming back a better player.
I think you’re being a bit harsh, slightly out of character for you Tony. The back end of last season he played well and I’m sure Flicker will get the best out of him when he returns.
