Nottingham Forest are reportedly preparing a £1.5 million bid for Barnsley`s leading scorer Chris O`Grady.
If the figure is true then I don`t think Barnsley will turn the offer down. £1.5 million is a lot more than we paid for him and in my opinion a lot more than he is worth.
However whether its £50,000 on offer or £50 million it really is irrelevant as far as Barnsley are concerned.
The money we receive for our players is never put back in to strengthening the team so who cares how much it is.
The only thing that really matters when deciding on whether to let a player go or not is if Danny Wilson wants to keep them or thinks that he can improve the team without them.

i guess it all depends on how much an equal or better replacement costs !!! but surely there is one out there or is Pederson upto it ?
I don’t think Pedersen is up to the job but hopefully he will prove me wrong and just needs more time.
£1.4 million + Tudgay and they can have him 🙂 Tudgay is quality, he just needs to be playing more
