The Reds were held to a 2-2 draw at Surrey Street this afternoon, and had to battle back from a two goal deficit.

Glossop North End took the lead early on through a Dave Young free kick before Dave Hodges doubled the Hillmen`s advantage just after thirty minutes.

A rare header from full back Rob Kozluk found the back of the net with less than twenty minutes remaining.

Youngster Jamil Adam bagged his third goal in two games to haul the Reds back from an embarrassing two goal defeat.

However, Reds fans aren`t to be too disheartened in regards to drawing with non-league opposition. As desperate as many of us are for football at this moment in time, fans should be reminded that these friendly fixtures are purely for the benefit of the player`s fitness levels.
