For the past couple of weeks, you have been voting for your pick of Barnsley’s goals from this season.

Vital Barnsley drew up a shortlist of the best goals we have scored and asked you to pick your favourite.

Here are the poll results in full:

Trippier V Doncaster 21%
Butterfield V Bristol City 24%
Harewood V Palace 0%
Doyle V Coventry City 29%
Harewood V Scunthorpe 4%
Hammill V Preston 2%
Hammill V Hull City 14%
Hammill V Leeds United 4%
Hammill V Middlesbrough 2%

So, Nathan Doyle’s screaming volley against Coventry City takes it, ahead of Jacob Butterfield’s skillful turn and finish against Bristol City and Kieran Trippier’s inch perfect free-kick against Doncaster Rovers.

Despite having four out of the nine entries, Adam Hammill could only muster 14% of the votes for his wonder strike that struck the bar on it’s way in against Hull City in front of the TV cameras at Oakwell.

Thanks for voting and well done Nathan Doyle!
