Barnsley’s League 1 season continued with a two-one win against Millwall at Oakwell on Saturday.
An early lead was taken by Barnsley when Sam Winnall headed home an Adam Hammill cross with that advantage taken into half time.
Millwall were level just past the hour when Joe Martin saw an effort come back to Steve Morison who did the rest to have the Lions back on terms.
It wasn’t long until Barnsley retook the lead with the provider of the opener grabbing what proved to be the winner as Hammill beat a couple of players to restore the lead at the midway point of the second half.
