Barnsley striker Chris O`Grady is close to signing for Championship side Brighton.
O`Grady is undergoing a medical with the Seagulls and is expected to complete his move shortly.
The deal is said to be in the region of £500,000 with a three year deal on the table for O`Grady.
O`Grady will be a big miss for the reds but hopefully this will now free up some funds and wages for Danny Wilson to bring some players in ahead of the new season.
